How do I add products to my shopping cart? Very simple. Enter the quantity you would like in the box next to the items and hit the "Add to Cart" button located at the bottom of the page.

Are your products in stock? Yes! All products on our web site are in stock.

How soon do you ship my order? Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. MST will ship the same day, those placed after 2:00 p.m. will ship the next day. Shipments are being made Monday through Friday.

How do you ship? Shipments within the U.S. are being made by USPS First Class Mail. Outside the U.S. regular mail. Overseas shipments go via First Class Air Mail.

What is the delivery time? Since First Class Mail is not a guaranteed delivery method, please allow 4-6 business days within the U.S. for your order to arrive. Outside the U.S. please allow additional time.

Can I have an order shipped overnight? Yes, but... when you place your order, you will have to mention overnight shipment in the comments box. We will then charge you the actual shipping cost from UPS (United Parcel Service) and you agree to pay those shipping fees. Remember that UPS shipping varies from destination to destination. Our products are being shipped from Sandy, Utah.

What is your refund policy? Generally we do not issue refunds. Of course, if a shipment arrives damaged, we will gladly replace the damaged product(s). And if for whatever reason you would like to return a product, please do so within 5 business days of receipt of the shipment and we will issue an online store credit for you. In any case, please e-mail us ahead to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
All furniture and scrapbook cabinet sales are final and there are absolutely no refunds on these items.
